Get the medication you need, but with slow website
Providers are pretty easy to work with, I can't fit an in-person provider anymore with being away for school but I'm getting the prescriptions I need, which is the overall goal. However, the website and app are so buggy. Be prepared to sit and wait by your phone or computer for 20 minutes while everything loads. Otherwise, providers are prompt, changing shipping information takes ~24hours for approval.

Hello Teagan. I'm glad you have had a good experience with our service for the most part. Unfortunately, our app and website does experience some technical difficulties as any website or app may. We do recommend using Chrome as that browser tends to be most compatible with our website. If the website or app does not appear to be working when you try to use our service, please do let us know by either emailing us at [email protected] or giving our patient care team a call at 844-733-2697. Our patient care team may have some suggestions on how to help or may need to submit a ticket to our IT Team.

I live in 2 different towns
I live in 2 different towns, when I change my address they send to the wrong address. I go back a d forth from Ft.Pierce to Weeki Wachee.

Hello Patti. When you go to send in a profile update request, it states that it can take up to 5 business days to complete, and if you need immediate assistance, please call our patient care team. Your account is updated by a trained technician and not a computer as multiple different systems must be changed. It is up to the patient to be proactive and make sure their account is up to date before their prescription is processed. This is also why we send in a notification that a refill of your medication is coming up 7 days before it is processed. If this traveling back and forth is a regular occurrence for you, perhaps it may be helpful to keep a physical calendar or one on your phone with reminders to send in a profile update request so we can be sure your address is updated in time.

There are better companies to choose from
Consultation was easy but they just…forgot to fill the prescription for four days when I needed it ASAP. Had to ask customer service twice to push it thru. Won’t be reusing them

Hello Ryan. Unfortunately, there may be issues with the prescription that we have to contact the provider to solve. While our goal is to get our prescriptions processed and shipped within 24 hours, it does not always happen due to issues out of our control. We are sorry for the delay in getting your prescription shipped to you. If you ever need a prescription sooner than what can be sent through USPS, we always have the option of sending the prescription to a local pharmacy.

Using this service was fairly easy and…
Using this service was fairly easy and straightforward but I was granted the prescription last weekend but the actual medication won't arrive until Friday. What's the point of doing this online if I'm going to wait this long. Urgent care could have gotten me my meds the same day. I most likely won't use this type of service again unless I have no other option.

Hello Ruth. We do have expedited shipping available through FedEx in most states if you are needing your prescription faster. You can also choose to send your prescription to a local pharmacy of your choice, we would just have you pay the full visit fee as our discounted provider visit cost is when you use our pharmacy. These options are available for you to choose when you fill out your initial questionnaire for the provider visit and can be found on the RedBox Rx website. Snail Mail Virtual Retailer
I don't have insurance and am not the typical retail consumer but thought I'd give Redbox Movies a try. Ultimately, it cost me as much as if I'd walked into a brick and mortar practice and self paid for the same thing. Only difference I can see is that I had to pay three months worth of the rx in advance and wait a week for it to show up in the mail. If I had known that I would be waiting on USPS GROUND from IOWA, I would have just ordered straight from India for 1/2 the cost and 1/10th of the effort.

We also offer shipping through FedEx in most states if you prefer. We can ship FedEx Home, FedEx overnight, or FedEx 2 day. I would like to stop my refills from…
I would like to stop my refills from going through as my skin is too sensitive for this. I can’t use the RX cream.

Additional consultation fee is rip off for reorders
I had my consultation to try a different product and it worked well. When I went to reorder, it said that I had to pay $20 for another consultation, even after I answered all the questions. I do want to reorder but do not feel the $20 consultation fee is warranted. The cost of the products are high enough.

Some treatments your provider may only provide you with a single refill as they want to do a follow up to make sure the treatment is working for you, or you aren't experiencing any adverse effects from the medication. Then during either your initial or your follow up questionnaire, you can choose to get additional refills and/or a longer days' supply on our treatments so that you can avoid these additional consultation costs.
