Never received my meds
Never received my meds. usps (which really sucks) said my package arrived in my town on the 15th and said delivery on the 18th and now says its on its way to the next location. USPS isn't worth a Fudge. Finally got them. Will never use USPS if I can help it. It wasn't the fault of RedBoxrx .. it was the lousy post office

I'm so sorry to hear that your order was not delivered as expected. Shipping by USPS Ground Advantage is always included at no additional charge. We also offer shipping through FedEx if you prefer. We can ship FedEx Home, FedEx overnight, or FedEx 2 day. You have the option of selecting your shipping method at the time you purchase your treatment. Terrible
Terrible. They kept me waiting for 30 mins. Customer service is non existent. I’m going to insist on a discount and I hope they stand my their service. A call service answers and they are terrible to work with

We are certainly disappointed to hear about your experience. When you call us at 844-733-2697 you will speak with on of our patient care advocates right here in Des Moines Iowa. We do not use a call service and the goal is to assist every patient that calls.

Rip off
Rip off - money taken! Nothing provided - only told to a walk in clinic or see an emergency provider. Nothing else was offered.

I'm sorry we were not able to help Ray. Some conditions need to be evaluated outside of telehealth. Our policy is that if our providers are not able to prescribe any treatment for you, the visit fee can be refunded. When checking out I went with free…
When checking out I went with free shipping then when they filled the prescription they charged me almost $20 for FedEx home delivery and I specifically remember making sure I chose free shipping when checking out. Not cool.

Shipping via USPS ground advantage is always free. We allow you to select your shipping method on the visit check out screen for pre-authorized payments or on the payment screen of the review and pay page for treatments. Been trying to get in contact with…
Been trying to get in contact with someone and have my issue resolved and have received no updates. Waited over an other for the video call with a provider and no one ever joined the video. I then received a message talking about “sorry we missed you” and how their records indicate I didn’t show up which is a lie considering that I have screen shots of time stamps I was waiting for someone join. In order to schedule an other video consultation they make you answer all the questions all over again but this time their page wasn’t work and would go blank. I reached out via email that same day and have yet to receive a response. I ended up going over to Sesame, video consultation the next day, prescribe that same day and was able for pick up hours later. Much faster service and no hassle. Now I’m asking for my money back considering no one ever showed up to the video consultation.

Started the “ 24 hour” turn around process Feb 20. Called spoke to 2 reps Today I cancelled. I just got confirmation my order was “ completed “ Terrible service

I'm sorry you weren't prescribed the treatment you requested Frederick. When you request an evaluation for a condition we treat, our licensed prescribers will review the information you provide and give a prescription for the most appropriate medication. That is not always the medication that you prefer, but you can view the reason why the provider selected that treatment instead in the "note from your provider" found on your visits tab in your account.

I was told I would be prescribed a 90…
I was told I would be prescribed a 90 day supply to be told no we just say 90 day supply. But you are just getting 90 pills. So a 45 day supply. GIANT SCAM. even my provider and her notes states 90 day supply.

We have many treatment options available. Our prices are for a specific quantity, not for a day supply. Sometimes a prescriber has you take the medication a little differently than one of our standard options. In this case they are having you taper up your dose. They prescribed 90 capsules and asked you to follow up once those were gone. After your next visit Jennifer, they can prescribe the higher strength so you will only take 1 daily and it will last a full 90 days.
