I have never been treated so poorly. Wouldn't recommend using redbox rx. Everyone should try Amazon Clinic. I will never use redbox rx again.

Ordered and paid on May 24 and got text after text saying I needed to complete the payment. I did a chat with them and they said I had paid and to ignore the texts, which kept coming. Then I called 10 days after ordering and was at first told they were out of the product, for which I was never notified. Then I was told never mind, they had the product but needed to check with the office that would be sending it. And the customer service person was so rude! I have still received nothing and heard nothing so my next step will be to cancel the order and never order from them again.

Had a teleconsult scheduled for Friday May 24th. Provider hopped into video call nearly 30 minutes after my scheduled time. The provider then never updated my visit in the system. It has been 4 days now and my visit is still 'under review.' Customer service number is a joke and has yet to actually help. I can't recommend this service for acne just see a real derm

I ordered on May 20th and I still haven't received anything and when I call they tell me the website says they tried to deliver it but it was an animal interference! Whatever that means ! I want what I paid for and I will not be ordering from these crooks again!Adding to my comment ! I never received my order and I was told by Susan she would be glad to give me my money back and I still haven't received it! These people are crooks and I want my money back!

We are so sorry that USPS was not able to deliver your package as you expected. When our carrier is unable to delivery a package and it is delivered back to our pharmacy, our policy is to verify your address and reship it to you. ripoff’s $60 for one tube of 28 grams when i pay it say 3 refill for $60 every 90 days.. sound good no? wrong..dont forget the $20 for consult …they don’t specify they don't tell you how much u get until they take the money out…AND NO REFUNDS POEPLE..so be careful..i ask for an extra but i need to pay for it another $60

Thank you for your feedback Manuel. When you start a visit, there will be two charges. One for your consultation with a prescriber and a second charge for medication, if prescribed. We allow you to request a specific treatment, quantity, and frequency prior to the evaluation, although we cannot guarantee that is what will be prescribed. The cost of the medication will be shown on the visit checkout page but will NOT be charged to your payment method on file until it is prescribed at the completion of your visit. If a treatment is prescribed that is different from what you've selected, you will be asked to review the prescribed treatment, quantity, and frequency of fills. You are not obligated to purchase the prescribed treatment but payment lets us know you want the treatment shipped to you. If there are any questions about what you are paying for, please reach out to our patient care team at 844-733-2697 prior to completing payment. I had to fight really hard with "Mary" at Redbox to get my money back on Bimataprost with TERRIBLE application. She told me there was no "satisfaction guarantee" on site. I showed her there was and still had to push for another 15 minutes to get refund. She said she would have that part of quote taken off site.....she acted very surprised it was there.

The money back guarantee you saw on our website refers to our policy that we will refund the cost of your visit if our providers are not able to give a prescription for treatment. Our treatments are prescription medications so we are not able to accept returns and do not offer refunds. Mary understood how the wording on our website may have been unclear, which is why after reviewing the website with you, she did refund you. I requested a prescription at the strength I needed. After going through the consult, I was prescribed something much lower and the treatment was ineffective. I reached out to see if they could bump up the prescription and they wanted to charge another $45 consult fee. Wasted $20 consult fee and $60 on a prescription that didn’t work. The service rep tried to tell me it’s just like going to the doctor, you get charged you a fee each time they bump your prescription which is absolute B.S. The service reps are like robots and do not care about what you have to say. Would not recommend to anyone!

I am very sorry that you felt our patient care advocates did not care about you Lynn. I can assure you that we do care about each of our patients. Before you pay for a consultation with a provider, an assessment is completed. It is very important to provide complete and accurate information in the assessment questions. This is the only information our providers have to make a decision on what medication to prescribe. If you have not used a cream such as tretinoin in the past, providers will start on the lowest concentration to make sure you can tolerate it and don't experience side effects. Most providers will ask that you complete another evaluation if you'd like to increase the strength of your medication. Rather than charging a monthly fee like other services, we only charge you when you have an evaluation completed or are shipped medication. That gives you more control over when you are charged. That does mean that you will be charged a fee when you ask the provider to send another prescription to the pharmacy. If you ever have questions, please reach out to us at 844-733-2697. I get a prescription…then I go to another consultation which is $20. Before I get to see what has been prescribed to me it’s already set up for me to pay for this. Long story short…I’m getting the same prescription sent. I had to stay on the phone waiting for 25 minutes before I talked to an actual person. I had the prescription cancelled…but………the consultation is non refundable. There went $20 down the toilet. I wouldn’t recommend this site to my worst enemy!!!! Save your hard earned money!!! Don’t do it!!!! Buyers beware!!!!! Why would I pay you $20 just for you to write me the same prescription? Totally BS!!!!! People save your money!!! Walk….no Run away!!!

Thank you for your feedback. The fee for the consultation is for the time a U.S. licensed prescriber spends reviewing your information and is not refundable if a prescription is given. Prescriptions are valid for 1 year after they are written so you may purchase the prescription when you need it as long as it is within that year so your $20 was not wasted. We offer many different treatment plans and many include automatic refills. In those cases you would not need another evaluation unless you run out of refills or need to consult with your provider for another reason. Our service is a little different from other services that charge you a monthly subscription fee. We only charge you if you receive a service, so if you don't need to speak to a provider you are not charged anything. This gives more control to our patients and they don't have to worry about being charged a subscription fee even if they don't receive any services that month. You will only see a fee if you initiate a consultation with a provider or are shipped medication.
