Appointment went fine once we got on a phone call. I was in the waiting room but the doctor couldn’t connect with me online. Otherwise easy.

Prices were great better than what I found. The intake was easy. However the physician reviews your intake I had put that I wanted to up my medication or add something to it and that I would like to speak to a doctor or get their opinion. No response just a RX for a higher dose. Otherwise, extremely fast service.

Our goal is to make it convenient for you to be evaluated and receive treatment while following all state and federal regulations on how telehealth shall be conducted. All our customers utilizing Mental Health Services (Depression, Anxiety, Adult ADHD, Insomnia) are conducted through a live video visit. For all other services, except where required by law, the medical provider will evaluate you by reviewing your intake form where you provide personal information and answer questions. Because we believe in making our providers accessible, all new and existing customers have the ability to consult with the medical provider by phone or video should you wish. I have only completed the online interview - bu the process to set up an appointment and have a meeting was very smooth - I am waiting for the RX to be delivered - so I have not completed the entire process to date

In my prescription it was a pretty fast within 24 hours my medicine has been sent. A five-star rating would be within 6 hours, medical decision is made in following by prescription sent. Cuz when my symptoms act up I need medicine in a second. Thank you for listening.

Not too shabby. Pretty easy. Pretty inexpensive. The ER has me $3G's in debt & I just needed cream. They wanted to to keep rollin' wit there madness. Not cool. But RedB hooked me up on the fly. Hope they expand.

The process is very streamlined and quick. I am a little curious if medication is ever changed. I realize that if the medication is working with no side affects that it should be continued, but was wondering if it a different treatment was considered.

Hello Wayne. I'm glad you found our service quick and easy to use. Medications can be changed if you feel the medication you are currently taking is not effective. You can choose a preferred medication under the list of treatment options we offer through our service, or you can choose no preference and let the provider decide on the best course of treatment. If you have a preferred medication listed in the information given to the provider, the provider will prescribe that preferred treatment if applicable. You also have the choice to schedule a video visit to discuss with your provider varying treatments for the condition you wish to treat. It was super easy to answer all the questions but i did have some issues originally at check out i called customer service and omg these people were so good to work with my issue wound up to be my with my bank whose name i wont mention. (HB) i look ford to receiving my medication thanks redbox Rx
