3 to 5 days shipping???
3 to 5 days shipping was not listed on your website. This is not a good service if you need medication asap. I don't see a reason anyone would use this service to ship medication after my experience. I will be driving to a pharmacy

We are sorry to hear about your frustrations Garrett and appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns. Our standard shipping method (at no cost to you) is through UPS Mail Innovations. As stated on our website, this shipping method will get your order to you between two to five business days. We also offer expedited shipping methods through the UPS for an additional cost. Those methods are UPS Ground (takes one to five business days to reach you), UPS 2nd Day Air (takes 2 business days to reach you), and UPS Next Day Air Saver (will get to you the following business day after being picked up by our pharmacy). Please note, payment for expedited shipping must be charged by 8am CST Monday through Friday to be eligible to be shipped the same day. Payments charged after 8am CST may not be picked up from the pharmacy until the following day. It is important to know that UPS considers the first business day the day after the package is picked up from our pharmacy and only includes Monday through Friday. You also have the option to select a local pharmacy to have your prescription sent to. These expedited shipping methods or a local pharmacy can be selected on the checkout page after filling out the assessment form. The default pharmacy and shipping method are set to our pharmacy and UPS Mail Innovations, so you must be sure to change those options on the checkout page if that is not how/where you want your prescription sent. All of this information can be found on our website in the FAQ's and shipping section. We apologize for any confusion regarding the shipping services we offer or the ability to choose using a different pharmacy. Trash providers who don’t care
At one point they have great providers….now they have the RUDEST “nurse practitioners” that’s literally don’t say more than 20 words to you. Absolutely insane for a mental health appt, I will be moving forward with them being looked into for the disgusting care they are “providing”and charging for.

Don’t use this place
Of all the places I’ve used this is the worst ! I got charged $40 on my account then the next day $26.50. When I called to ask about the $40 charge the guy claimed on their end nothing was charged to my card . Then I paid the $26.50 that he said was owed . Checked my account the next day and yep they did indeed charged that $40 that the guy denied . Called back and a new guy said that the $40 was for the Dr visit and the $26.50 was for the med . Makes sense how he explained it . Again my card was charged tbe first time when he said it was not glad that the second guy explained it all. Then I asked the second guy if I could get an itemized receipt . He said it came with a detailed receipt in the box with the meds and if I needed more to call back and I would have to sign a release form to get that . I get my package with the receipt and the receipt says $0. That doesn’t help when I paid $66.50 total . I called today to ask for an itemized receipt and the guy said they can’t do that . I explained that the second guy I talked to told me they could if I sign a release now he’s saying they don’t do that . He was rude and arguing with me saying I must have called someone else coz they don’t do that ! He was so rude and not helpful . Good thing I record all my calls ! NEVER use this place !

One for your physician consultation and a second charge for medication, if prescribed. Charges for any prescribed treatments are not included in the visit fee. When you select a preferred treatment, the cost of the medication will be shown on the visit checkout page but will NOT be charged to your payment method on file until it is prescribed at the completion of your visit. If a treatment is prescribed that is different from what you've selected, you will be asked to review and pay for your prescribed treatment. You will receive a receipt after every transaction to the email address associated with your RedBox Rx account. RedBox Rx does not provide itemized receipts or superbills. Because we do not bill or submit claims to insurance, we do not generate the type of itemized billing statement or superbill typically used for insurance claim submission. After members of our team have reviewed your case, we are unable to find any instance in which you were advised that RedBox Rx would provide an itemized receipt or superbill. During the most recent conversation about this request, our Patient Care Advocate explained that the standard receipt we provide may not contain all of the information your HSA/FSA administrator is requesting. They also advised that, if additional documentation is needed, you may submit your prescription monograph and a copy of your medical records along with your receipt. We are happy to provide a copy of your medical records upon request. Please keep in mind that HSA/FSA administrators and insurance companies may have different documentation requirements, so we cannot guarantee that the documentation available from RedBox Rx will meet their specific reimbursement requirements. This was an unpleasant appointment
This was an unpleasant appointment, to say the least. I made a video appointment to seek treatment for anxiety. I did not need a re-fill as there was no existing prescription. I chose to have any prescription sent to my local pharmacey for cost considerations. I chose the "pay per visit" option. My goal was to obtain medication for anxiety. I filled out my symptoms beforehand. The call began on time, but the woman did not introduce herself and I had to break in to ask her her name. She was in a hurry and controlled the conversation at all times. I had to interrupt to get her to understand what I was seeking and what worked----- and didn't work--- for me. She never asked what I was feeling, how I was feeling, or what I hoped to achieve. I explained to her specifically that I didn't want medication that "activated" me, and that mild sedation was ok due to my anxiety. She disregarded this information and told me that she would offer a drug that was "clinically indicated", one that I explained I had tried before with negative results. It appears that she had made up her mind before speaking to me. She was going to prescribe the exact opposite type of medication. I know what works for me and how medication affects me. This is not my first clinical appointment. I have a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, and I've done my homework. She talked over me each time I tried to provide background or context to my situation. I explained that I don't currently have access to a PCP or psychiatrist. When I questioned her prescription medication, she told me to go back to my PCP because she would not prescribe something that was "unsafe." If I had access to my PCP I wouldn’t have called RedboxRX! The medication I preferred her prescribing is a "second-line" option for anxiety that doesn't "activate" people. I tried to explain this. She was not open to discussing options, because I questioned her strict clinical opinion of whatever she gleaned from my registration, and apparently, my previous pharmacy history. I think she was operating from a narrow, pre-determined diagnosis and was not interested in my direct experience. This was a disappointing and unhelpful experience. It was the "provider" looking for ways not to help me.

Redbox has messed up my medication more…
Redbox has messed up my medication more times than I can count, but unfortunately I don’t have the money to sit in front of a doctor uninsured so I keep going along with this most unprofessional sending my medication to the wrong place. Sending me the wrong medication. I mean, you name it they have done it and then when you call up to talk to them about that they’re literally rude to you. It is Almost the circus and it would be funny except it’s actually happening to me.

We certainly apologize if a prescription was potentially sent to the incorrect pharmacy, but that is something that we can fix if you reach out to our team. Otherwise, it appears that we do not have any communication about a missing or misdelivered order if it is a prescription we ship to you. If you did have a recent order that was potentially misdelivered, our team would be happy to assist you with any possible delivery issue should you reach out to us as well. We do send reminder emails from our pharmacy several days prior to any refills being processed, so if it is a medication that you are not needing at the moment or a medication that you were not expecting to fill automatically, you can also delay or cancel the refill through your account. Our intake form also allows you to pick a preferred medication to request from the provider as well. If the provider does prescribe something other than your preferred medication, you will get a “review and pay” message from our pharmacy with the prescription listed. That way if the medication is something you do not want, you do not have to pay for it. We can also help you set up a visit with either the same provider or a new one to reconsider your preferred treatment. We certainly apologize if we have let you down in any way. Deceptive billing practices
Deceptive billing practices — auto-unfreezes your account and hides the notice in spam Redbox Rx let me "freeze" my account through the app, but the freeze silently expires after 6 months. When it does, they send a notice that an order is coming in 7 days — but it comes from a lookalike email address (spelled "RedBox Rx" instead of their normal sender), so it lands straight in spam and you never see it. Then they charge your card for medication you never asked for. I caught the order before it even shipped and called customer service immediately. The rep (Awall) said he'd "try" to stop the shipment, but when I asked what to do if it arrived anyway, he told me to just take it to a pharmacy or give it to someone else — which is illegal and unsafe advice for a prescription medication. I'd hope that's not official company policy, but it's what I was told, and I asked them to pull the call recording. Despite catching this in advance and being charged for an order I never placed, I've had no luck getting a refund. My Amex was charged without authorization even though I'd deactivated recurring orders months earlier. If you use this service, freeze isn't really a freeze, and you need to manually check your spam folder every few months or you will get charged. Avoid!

We do our best to provide transparent pricing upfront before any consultation or medication purchase. If your prescribed medication includes refills, they are automatically scheduled based on when the medication is expected to run out for your convenience. We aim to simplify the refill process by allowing you to refill early, pause refills, or order multiple refills directly from your account. It is not so much a permanent "freeze" as it is a temporary pause for a few months. After review, I don't see where you paused the refills of your prescription or requested assistance from our team to do so. In the case of any technical errors occurring, we do send out emails to you several days prior to your prescription filling to give patients plenty of time to delay the refill, or to ask us for assistance in delaying the refill. Unfortunately, once the prescription is processed by our pharmacy, we are unable to stop the shipment, especially if the stop is requested after the prescription has already begun processing. Since the prescription had already been processed, we are unable to issue a refund on the prescription due to our refund and returns policy found on our website. We can assure you that it is NOT company policy to recommend a patient give their prescription medication to another person. While you can bring your unwanted medication to a pharmacy for safe disposal, our policy certainly does NOT recommend giving prescription medication to someone the prescription was not specifically prescribed for. Our team appreciates you bringing this information to our attention, and we will be looking into the incident. They ship everything via snail mail, so this time I tried to have my prescription transferred to a local pharmacy for same-day pickup (after paying their extortion fee). Except no local pharmacy would initiate a transfer from them, and Redbox Rx refuses to initiate the transfer themselves. I was forced to jump through endless hoops, bouncing back and forth between two separate support lines. Every single agent I spoke to was completely apathetic, unhelpful, and barely comprehensible. No one seemed to know what they were doing, and no one cared. I finally managed to get the prescription transferred over to Amazon Pharmacy, only for it to hit ANOTHER wall. Now it’s delayed yet again because Amazon Pharmacy has no reliable way to get in contact with the Redbox Rx provider to verify my details. I am still sitting here waiting for verification, completely without my medicine, because this company is an amateur-hour setup. Incompetent customer service, snail mail shipping, and zero communication between the pharmacy and providers. I'm thinking about quitting this medication cold turkey even though it literally has a warning against this. Update: After emailing Redbox Rx to have a prescriber call my pharmacy to verify, my pharmacy informed me that Redbox Rx had CANCELLED the prescription altogether. I had to go to the ER for extremely high heart rate and high blood pressure. Do NOT use this company for adhd medication management!! They could've literally made me have a cardiac event and I'm now considering legal action.

We do offer expedited shipping through UPS as well, and the options and pricing is listed on our website. Our provider visit cost is discounted when you choose to use our pharmacy at RedBox Rx. The full cost of our provider visit fee is $69.00. If you choose to transfer your prescription to a local pharmacy of your choice, we would ask that you pay RedBox Rx the remaining cost of the full visit fee as you no longer receive the discounted visit price for using our pharmacy. Alternatively, you can choose to have the provider send your prescription to a local pharmacy of your choice while filling out the intake form instead of going through the transfer process, but the full cost of the provider visit fee still applies. In the case where you request the prescription to be transferred to a local pharmacy, there is a specific process that all pharmacies follow. The pharmacy receiving the prescription, must contact the pharmacy who currently holds the prescription. We do apologize for the additional delays you experienced. Providers here suck
Providers are not clear in the process. Visits are always rushed. Lazy providers looking to do the least possible. Providers no show on visits.

When you request an evaluation for a condition we treat, our licensed prescribers will review the information you provide and either provide an appropriate treatment or give an explanation as to why our service may not be the best fit for you.
