Great experience from the start..
Great experience from the start... Actually got in to telemed appointment 15 minutes early! Bethany was great! We will see how shipping plays out!

Everything was handled very quickly
Everything was handled very quickly, in a timely fashion. I appreciate their commitment to helping others. My nurse was very nice.

Quick and easy.
My expereience with Red Box was great. All questions answered, questionare was pretty much well detailed. I went through the process answering all questions, which was done on a Friday, by Monday I had an answer, a positive one, which was great. all went smooth and easy. The service is great, just waiting for medication to arrive, order was placed in a fast manner. Thank you Red Box.

So thankful that this service is available!
This is my second time using RedBox and I'm thrilled to have this service. I spoke with NP Tiffany. She was professional and helpful. With that being said the service needs to improved, as both times I've waited for quite a while to be connected with someone and resorted to calling in while I'm still on the video call from my computer. This did happen with Tiffany and she went above and beyond to take care of me. Thank you!

Quick, easy & efficent!
I’ve now used RedBox Rx twice. I’m impressed with how easy it is! The site is very easy to navigate. The response time is also extremely quick. I submitted my request and had a response in a couple of hours.
