We are truly sorry to hear about your experience Bethany. We do not offer returns or refunds of prescriptions that don't work or cause side effects or allergic reactions. These simply cannot be predicted. If you are concerned about sensitivities or how a product may work for you, we'd recommend purchasing the smallest about offered to make sure the treatment is a good fit for you. If medication is prescribed and has refills, you will receive refills automatically on a predetermined schedule based on when medication is expected to run out. We do this for your convenience as we believe in making it easy for you to manage refills. That is why you have the control to refill early, pause refills, or order multiple refills all from your account. We do understand that sometimes you may not need a refill right away, which is why we send a reminder email 7-days before your next treatment is set to fill so you have the option to reschedule, pause, or cancel the refill if needed. You have the ability to update your payment method through your account as well. We understand your frustration and appreciate you bringing this to our attention Abdi. I want to sincerely apologize as it appears that we did not communicate the correct information to you. The patient does have the option to choose a second preferred medication in certain provider visits rather than putting a note in the additional information section. I do see that another one of our Patient Care Advocates has reached back out to the provider to have them send in that second medication for you. I apologize that we have not been better about communicating the status of that request. Thank you for sharing your feedback Lucy. I'm sorry you didn't receive the attention and response you expected from our team. When we are notified that a patient did not receive their order or are experiencing unexpected delays, we check several different things. First, we want to verify the shipping address was correct, then we make sure the correct tracking information was linked to your account. If those are correct, we often suggest you reach out to your local post office for assistance. If needed, we also recommend you initiate a service request through the USPS to determine the cause for the delay in delivery or if the package was lost. As it is prescription medication, we do need the documentation from a USPS service request that your package was lost or misdelivered for our records before we can ship you a replacement. If you would like some assistance in setting up that service request or would like us to set one up on your behalf, please give our Patient Care Advocates a call at 844-733-2697.
