The doctor responded and assessed my symptoms quickly. They mailed my medication directly to my home, which arrived in a couple of days. Easy process. Quick and simple to use. Fast process too. I placed my order, and someone reviews it within 24hrs or less. And the item is shipped the next day. Got a prescription for tretinoin. Second time using this app/website. They charge you each time you “consult” with a dermatologist just like you would get charged each time you see a specialist. And of course you pay for your prescription without insurance.

Hi Kim. Thank you for your feedback. Once you know what treatment is best for you, simply request a treatment plan that included automatic refills. Then you won't have to have a consultation each time you need your prescription filled.

I chose RedBox because every other online prescription place is like $150 for an appointment, and/or want a monthly subscription. I chose RedBox because just $25 for an appointment is pretty great. I’m not sure why everyone doesn’t switch to them versus others. My appointment was only about 5 minutes; which is exactly what I wanted. I already knew what I wanted and why and clearly the provider agreed and make it quick and easy. If I had questions or concerns I’m sure the provider would have spent the time with me, but it simply wasn’t needed. The wait time for appointments are also less than other companies.

I found the consultation and the cost of the medication affordable. My meds arrived about 5 days later (was scheduled for 3 days but that is on USPS as I could see by tracking the package).
