Great experience
It took almost the full 24 hours but my order was filled and saved me a trip to the doctors office I was afraid of hidden fees but it was exactly what they said. I will use this again if ever needed

That's right Jennifer. There are no hidden fees! You only pay for services you receive. If you have any questions about costs, reach out to our patient care advocates at 844-733-2697. They are happy to help. For evaluations that do not require a video visit, we expect a provider licensed in your state will review your information within 24 hours.

So today was my first time ever using…
So today was my first time ever using Redbox Tx. I did a video call with a np and she understood exactly what I was telling her and got to the point of my medication that I was requesting. So much cheaper than going into a drs office and paying full price for consult and meds. That being said we opted for 3 month supply of medication and a follow up to see how things are going with it. ( mental health wise) fyi

Good experience
The first time there was difficulty idk why but I called after and have scheduled twice successful visits. And been shipped my prescriptions each time

I have ordered twice, love it!
I have ordered twice and never had an issue. They are part of HyVee which is why I initially ordered, I feel like HyVee is always amazing. I ordered this last time on a Friday night and had my prescription on Monday! I am in Illinois and they are in Iowa so that is why it was so very fast but that was truly speedy and impressive!
