Ordered the sauna + ice bath combo during the Black Friday sales. Order turned up pretty quickly (considering I live in a regional area), and has been great ever since. Ice bath doesn’t leak, keeps water cold for quite a while, and the sauna is fantastic. Would absolutely recommend buying these products.

I bought the Sauna Max during winter 2025 and it has been nothing but awesome. Gets up to temp in around 10 minutes, and I generally spend 20 to 30 minutes sweating it out. I used it basically every day for the whole of winter. Easy set up, easy to clean, easy to store during summer when not in use. I cleaned the kettle thoroughly every month or so as it gets calcification, and I wash the mat after every use. For the money, this has been an excellent buy and more than got my $ return.

I actually purchased the ice cold plunge and the sauna max around 1 week ago and have used the sauna every morning and night and the plunge every night. Im absolutely buzzing about it and I think its an amazing product. I have had no issues at all I guess il have to wait and find out considering all the negative views on the products which I cant seem to see right now. I emailed regarding information on how to keep clean and they responded via email within 24 hours. Its above my expectations at the minute as my sleep has improved in the last few days too. Im from Hornsby, Nsw
