Doesn't detect my mini DVD

Thanks to the team for making this life saving software.

Time is magical, it makes us wise & stronger and on other hand it also makes us feeble & aged. I found out a 13 years old CD which contained most important moments my life but the drive was not loading it properly. I wanted to use abrasive but feared it might destroy the data. I gave a try to this software, lo and behold the data was downloaded on the PC. I'm very thankful to you.

This software seems as if it can recover almost every file even ones that fail with Unstoppable Copy, etc. However, when it finds something seriously damaged it may take it several hours to restore a file that is only a few 100 megs. It will do so successfully almost every time but for severely damaged DVD's it may take 24-48 hours to recover one disc. If everything reads perfectly it will complete out in a matter of minutes it is only when it needs to go into it's really granular recovery mode that it slows down.

Excellent Product. I did experience a delay and felt the application was non responsive at times, however soon figured out the extraction takes a longer time when reading through bad sectors in a damaged CD. It did solve my requirements extracting contents from old music and data CD

Just a great app.
