I used the CDRecovery tool (from the "Recovery Toolbox for CD Free" package) to recover files from aging files on a recorded DVD. It tried multiple times to recover damaged sectors and in several cases was able to get data that the regular OS tools failed to copy. It wasn't able to get everything, but this DVD was quite old (over 20 years), so still a remarkable feat. I'm very grateful.

it work like it said it would i had some pretty old cds it took the pictures off lot of them was lost but i got the main ones. its a good product.
