Recordlabel.aiReviews of recordlabel.ai

I'm a rock musician, trying to get attention for my songs on Spotify. I had a not so great experience on SubmitHub after pitching to many playlists they recommended. Totally different experience with Recordlabel AI / PlaylistIQ. I got quick feedback with far more positive results. The playlists made sense for my style. I had a lot of people listen to my music and either save or add my song to their own playlists. I keep coming back with each new release because it is so much less headache to get great results. If you're on the fence, do a small package. You'll likely be happily surprised by how well it works and how easy it is.

I tried the smart campaign at first as it used to be very successful for my music and easy to use but this time I was very disappointed with the response. When I asked about this, they suggested I move onto the manual campaign with my refunded credits. Almost £150 worth. This was incredibly complicated. It turns out you need to lower your credit filter after every submission otherwise it won’t flag up any curators or playlists. i’m not sure why the system doesn’t calculate the credit filter itself after every submission and lower it accordingly? It could’ve saved me a lot of time trying to work out what was going wrong and saved the back-and-forth emails. However after several back-and-forth emails and over a week of wondering what was going on I managed to get it sorted. I was able to approve the 8 curators who said they wanted to put my track on their playlists. I was then told that they had 3 days to respond to my approval. I did recognise the names of some of these curators from previous campaigns that I have done with this company. However, after three days I have received notification that NONE of them have responded in time, and therefore I have lost all those playlists and I’ve been refunded the credits AGAIN! I feel like this company connected to playlist IQ and Omari MC have seriously gone downhill in their service and success rate. I now have all my £150 worth of credits back in my account to try a new campaign. But it feels like Groundhog Day! Like I’m going round in circles with no success. I have asked if I can have my money back but they inform me that that’s not possible. I just have to stay in this loop with my credits and try again and again and again. It feels like my money has been stolen. When I mentioned this, they said that they could have just kept the credits after this unsuccessful campaign like other companies do. So I’m forced to stay with this company and keep trying to use these credits to get some success. Or just give up and let them keep the credits. I’ll keep you updated on how that goes. But I’m not holding my breath.

Great service with a lot of control for independent artists! I've used Record Label AI / Playlist IQ for several campaigns now, and what I like most is the level of control it gives me as an independent artist. Instead of simply paying for a campaign and having no idea where my music will be pitched, I can choose the playlists myself based on the individual song, genre, audience and even the countries I want to reach. This makes it possible to target the most relevant listeners while also testing and diversifying into new markets. I also really appreciate the transparency. Being able to see playlist data, estimated streams, trust scores, pricing and other information before deciding where to pitch makes it much easier to use a promotion budget strategically. Of course, every song and playlist performs differently and results can never be completely predictable, but that's exactly why I value having the decision in my own hands. I've been a repeat customer because the platform gives me a flexible and transparent way to promote both new releases and songs from my existing catalog. Definitely a service I would recommend to independent artists who want more control over their playlist promotion:)

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I've had an excellent experience with this music playlist pitching company. Their customer service is outstanding—they're responsive, professional, and genuinely care about helping independent artists succeed. I really appreciated that aspect. Their playlist pitching service is also very affordable, especially considering the value you receive. If you're looking for a trustworthy company that offers great support, honest feedback, and opportunities to gain exposure, I highly recommend giving them a try.

Top notch service and solid support. They work with good curators and monitor / manage progress better than other services I've tried. They're also very responsive to questions. This type of promotion isn't for everyone, but if you've decided to try it I highly recommend them.

Record Label AI stands out for its streamlined approach to curation, particularly through the Playlist IQ tool which offers much better insights into track alignment than competing platforms. In my experience reviewing various genres, the platform’s interface is exceptionally clean and professional, making the submission process feel organized rather than overwhelming. To any artist hesitant about promoting here, I would say that the quality of the curator network and the data-driven matching ensure your music is actually being heard by the right people. It is a vital tool for anyone looking for an aesthetic, user-friendly, and effective way to manage music submissions.

Excellent idea about the preliminary feedback and complete feedback upon the song acceptance. Somehow it seems that artists don't appreciate it enough yet. They may be left with a feeling that it is too easy to reject their song this way. But again, they don't have to pay for that. So, I think this system is designed as efficient and fair. The timing is off sometimes. Often, I receive Rush notifications 2 days after the fact which practically turns them regular at that point. It may be some minor platform glitch that would need to be addressed. Other than that, it seems that artists appreciate when it is easy to mass submit their songs and when they have some control and choose who the song is sent to. It may be that Record Label AI is keeping too much control to themselves and that's likely why we have low submission volumes compared to other similar platforms. I'd suggest you look into this and to make the artists' experience on the platform as smooth as possible. For example, a relatively new platform Pitchplaylists.com has quickly become a go to place for artists and is also very use-friendly for curators. Check them out and learn from them to improve your performance. Note that I have many more playlists and I could be much more active on your platform. But I am not seeing artists come to you yet. Make some changes, bring artists and I'll be the 1st to add another 20 playlists. Good luck!

This is an odd site in many ways. The interface is very old school. There is not much in the way of friendly customer support - but I've only ever had one very small problem and after several confusing emails decided to let it slide. I'm still going five stars though because, once you get your head around it, it really works a treat. Better and more hands on than the slicker sites that I have tried. It's not super cheap but you get to decide where your budget goes and when you spend your credits. Spend some time with it and see where it goes. You'll be surprised.
