I was able to track my order easily. It is a great grooming tool for my Great Pyrenees mix. It removed a tremendous amount of excess hair.

Works as advertised

Product never arrived, bogus shipping info, nefarious company!! Buyer beware!! Use Trust Pilot for every purchase from an unknown vendor or find your hard earned money was sent to THIEVES.

This company was wonderful at keeping me updated as to the whereabouts of the merchandise I purchased. The price was fair, and the quality of the merchandise is surprisingly good considering that it was not made in the USA.

your video was extremely over exaggerated. I was expecting to shed my golden the same way and it did not happen. very unhappy with this tool

The order took a little longer than expected as it had to go through customs, but overall, good experience. Product is worth the wait and the money.

I really like the deseedder brush. It really does work. However, I ordered one large and one small but I only received one. No follow up information on the second item.

I really got a good vibe from this seller. They definitely communicated with updates prior to delivery. I bought this pet brush to attempt to get cat fur under control. I brushed out both cats as soon as it arrived. It works great and the kitties love being brushed with it.
