While I received consistent updates on my order, it was reported as being delivered but I have not received it. I have waited to make sure that the lock wasn't put in another persons box but 3 days later (minus the holiday after delivery) it still has not been received. I have a call out to USPS but I am afraid that the only tracking number I have is not going to be helpful as ALL USPS tracking numbers start with a 9, in my experience, and the tracking number I have does not. I have also e-mailed the customer service about this. Hopefully, I will get actual information on this order as a question on a different order still has not been answered.

We haven't received it yet. Had I of known it was being shipped from ireland, I wouldn't have ordered it.

The product took a long time to get, and I started to question the legitimacy of the order. However, it did deliver which I was happy about. While I like the product, it is NO WHERE Near what the video shows. It does not take off as much hair as I expected and was hoping for. Amy Macken

your video was extremely over exaggerated. I was expecting to shed my golden the same way and it did not happen. very unhappy with this tool
