SCAMMERS!!! Absolutely horrible costumer service and just overall as a company. When I went to purchase a one time use, it only allowed me to pick a subscription. I accidentally clicked okay and now I have a charge of $67 for a subscription I never wanted. Costumer service is rude and refuses to issue me a refund, even after I said I would pay for my usage.

I rented one near Bryant Park and returned it downtown after work. Love that you don't have to bring it back to the same place.

Honestly thought this would be annoying to use. It wasn't. Scanned the code, grabbed the charger, done

Phone died. again. I swear it always happens at the worst time. saw the station near a deli, took one. didn't check the price first. just needed power. worked fine. that's it. nothing dramatic but yeah it helped

Ha! dead phone at the worst possible moment is basically a universal experience 😅 Glad the station near the deli came through. That's exactly what it's there for — grab it, charge up, drop it off wherever. Thanks for the 5 stars, Laura! 💚

Was running errands downtown and my phone was fighting for its life. Grabbed a charger at Kesté Pizza on Fulton St, handled my business, and returned it at 77 Burger down in FiDi. The charge speed is legit fast, got me from 10% to 60% in like half an hour

"Fighting for its life" — we felt that one 😅 Kesté to 77 Burger is a solid run, and you used the network exactly the way it's built: grab it wherever, drop it wherever. 10% to 60% in half an hour is the kind of math we like. Thanks, William! 💚
