Any inquiries are addressed promptly, and the few minor issues we have experienced have been resolved efficiently. One particularly helpful feature is the immediate text notification following each call, which includes the caller’s ID—this gives us the opportunity to prioritize call-backs. The pricing structure is competitive, offering excellent value for the level of support provided. Update: They did provide a refund after my review. I gave four stars because they also raised the rates almost 40% without informing us. Cancellation policy is vague and you will not get any money back. all refunds are subject to a $30 processing fee, it is not feasible to process a refund. Additionally, the cancellation request was submitted outside of our cancellation window, which also makes the account ineligible for a refund. We were never given a cancellation period.

ReceptionHQ has been really helpful for our construction business. We have been using them for years now and it has streamlined our communication with new and existing customers. Any time we have an issue or question, we reach out and are responded to within 24 hours (unheard of for most companies!). The price is reasonable for the value that we receive for our business. To hire someone in house to do the same admin work would cost us so much more.

I continue to have a great working relationship with Reception HQ. I honestly have had different answering sevices in the past and none of them have come close to what Reception HQ offers. The personalization is fantastic. I called in to my office and had a great conversation with the receptionist. This wasn't even meant to be a test however they sounded like my own staff in how I would like to be talked too as a consumer. The vibrant energetic voices and ability to cummunicate well is very important to me. I set up online scheduling as well which has increased my business efficiency.
