I am 100%+ satisfied with my purchase from ReCell Exchange! I had just purchased my brand new AirPods Pro (2nd Generation), and my case was dropped the wrong way by accident (one of my kiddos). I tried to get assistance from Apple, and even with the Apple Care coverage, I’d have to pay just as much as I paid for the AirPods themselves. I came across ReCell and found this case that was literally hardly used! I had to look extremely closely to see that the case wasn’t actually brand new! Thank you ReCell for saving me from spending a load of money and for having a company where you do such a wonderful job of making these products like new for customers like myself! placed my order for replacement for my apple airpod right ear. I got my order fast. Set up directions came with it made it easy.

Excellent and prompt response! The earbuds I ordered did not connect and I wrote to their email not expecting a response like most companies, but I got a response right away with helpful guides and links. If you are buying a single replacement earbud, you have to ensure both buds have the latest update or it will not connect. This is the customer service people talk about when they talk about them good old days. No bots, no forums, no call centers, no bullshit. Excellent company all the way! 💯
