I ordered a replacement airpod and it has been almost 2 weeks without my package and it has not moved from its location. They’re telling me I cannot cancel it and I have to wait 5 MORE DAYS to see if they will refund me or send me a replacement truthfully the worst experience ever and the least amount of help given. Just go buy one from Apple yeah it’s expensive but at least you’ll actually get it

The airpods I ordered came within a week! I ordered them to be of fair condition, but honestly they look better than fair! Fast shipping and great prices.

I was super bummed to begin with because I ordered my husband a replacement headphone that he needed. When I asked him if the replacement was good, he more or less said it worked separately without his other headphone, though he could not pair them together. I emailed RecellExchange and was promptly given instructions on how to pair the headphones together. It was such an easy fix and their customer service is top notch. I would definitely order from them again.

I wanted to return this because I did not want the item anymore because it doesn't really work that good it kept lagging and when I try to refund it like and try to return it, it doesn't let me. Can someone please help me return this.

Loved that I could get a replacement right ear bud for my pixel buds a series and it set up as expected (going by AI generated instructions). Just wish the price was a tad bit lower. I paid extra $5 for 2 day FedEx shipping and the total with taxes came to be $40 for just one ear bud; for context a used like new pixel buds a series on Amazon with the case and all accessories sells for $80.
