When I lose something it drives me nuts. When I lost the left earbud of my new AirPods PRO 2, I grieved. I always kind of knew this could happen and still was mentally prepared for it. What surprised me was how easy and pleasant was to get a replacement. The folks at Re-Cell Exchange were stellar. Their website makes it very easy to learn what you need, how to order, and submit questions PRIOR to ordering it. I have low expectations re: customer support from certain companies. Best Apple, worst Google. Apple has to make space for Re-Cell. Great job!

Overall good. I received my airpod pro 1st gen in ALMOST perfect condition upon ordering under “good”. Left airpod has rattling noise and case has two visible dents. Other than that, all good.

Very great timing, AirPod is clean, sanitized, and the condition was properly labeled in my opinion. I haven’t tested sound quality yet, as I’m waiting for them to charge. I like that it came with pairing instructions as well.
