Honestly at first I was hesitant on purchasing because I just got scammed on some AirPods . But , firstly I noticed the very fast shipping . Second when I received my AirPods today I immediately tested them and I’m so pleased to know they air true AirPods ! Haven’t noticed any issues yet , they were cleaned and in good packaging! I’m happy with my purchase & it saved me more than a few bucks compared to other websites that sold them .

I have Galaxy Buds2 Pro’s and AirPods for my Samsung and iPhone respectively. Well while I was finishing up in the restroom a few days ago, my left Galaxy Bud fell out of my left ear and directly into the flushing toilet. I wasn’t mad but I didn’t want to have to buy a whole new pair or permanently have to use AirPod’s on a Samsung. So I ordered a replacement and it was said to get here Monday the 28th but it arrived on Saturday. The pairing of the two wasn’t too bad, just user error mainly. I will say when they were paired I initially thought the replacement wasn’t working but I realized it was quieter and for some reason I had to go into my Accessibility settings and change the sound balance to the point in the middle of the left and centered dots for it to sound centered. I also had to re-equalize my buds after getting the replacement and I realized the new bud had terrible bass quality for some reason, or maybe it was barely used and hasn’t been burned in properly. Either way I got it sounding right after boosting the bass in my equalizer (+4 31, +3 62, +2 125, +1 250, +0.5 500, 1k-16k 0)

I didn't know if recellexchange before I lost my pixel buds case and needed to buy a new one. Their website popped up and it seemed legit. Their price was competitive, the purchase was easy and the promise of easy returns if something went wrong set them apart from the competition. The case arrived earlier than expected and in excellent shape. Thought it's resale it looks brand new. I plugged it in and tested it. Works perfectly. I'm very happy with my purchase and will definitely use their service again.

The AirPods arrived very quickly, and arrived in even better condition than described by the store.

Everything about ReCell Exchange was great. Finding a replacement part for my earpiece was clear and easy. Ordering was great. It arrived quickly and in excellent condition. I ended up needing to make an exchange and it was so straightforward. This company is well run, user friendly, and customer focused. They cover postage, even on exchanges and I couldn’t be happier with the service and the products. I wish all businesses were as transparent and consumer oriented as ReCell Exchange.
