Extremely bad customer service. My account was disabled by an agent, when I had contacted customer service for my referral code is invalid since I had more than 5,000 points. I keep my points over a year to get a better redemption. That's no fair for customers. Guys, Be Aware! When you reach a minimum redemption points ($5), just redeem your points. Otherwise, you'll lose your earnings like me.

Customer service was great. They answered all my requests in a timely manner. I always get my selected method for payout without any problems. I love this app!

Frustrating sign in; every time I sign in it says wrong username and or password, even if I saved it to Google! I tried typing it in letter by letter and number by number,.. I've changed it also,.. I wish it would have the option to stay signed in! Please help me! Sincerely, Lisa Chavez

If I could give negative stars I would. To be honest This is an unfriendly experience. They really do not know what they are doing there I have had a ticket in for going on 2 days and they seem not to read them or have the ability to communicate interoffice. I have literally sent 6 replies having to reenter the same information. No I am not happy and if I get just one more reply about giving them my information I will delete the app and warn everyone I know do not get it. It is not user friendly.
