Received this very expensive doll and the hair/eyelashes were falling out within an hour of my granddaughter opening her and playing with her. The outfit package that I bought was replaced with some other color replacement. This was truly a defective product. Do not buy!!! You will be disappointed!!

Scam site, took 16 days to get a Dollar Store quality doll that is hideous scary and looks nothing like pictures. Took me for over 216.00 and all I got was a 10.00 poor quality plastic doll that they put a scent swab in box for the baby powder scent. Dont waste your money on these China scams. I tried to add pics but not sure how to add them

I hope you are reading this before you consider buying a doll from rebornartdoll.com. It is a scam site. The dolls don’t look anything like what they advertised. And it’s impossible to get a refund.

Terrible quality and customer service. Thankfully paid using PayPal and received full refund.. Doll they arrived was vastly different to the one ordered and is made of cheap hard plastic, not silicon. Scam site

An absolute scam of a website and If I could give zero stars I would I order a doll back in December of 2025 I received the doll in January 2026 as the shipping was late and it didn’t arrive on the day they said it would, it didn’t look like the doll i ordered at all it was cheap and nothing resembling realistic look at all I have then been fighting since to get a 25% refund even tho I paid over £200 for this doll and I haven’t received the refund I’ve rang up my bank gone through my statements everything and I haven’t got the refund that was promised and I have been fighting since the beginning of January 2026 to get my refund that they do say gave back but haven’t and customer service is Crap and a a flipping pis take

The doll looks nothing like the picture. I received a cheap looking doll that I would never buy. Customer service is crap. They told me I could mail the doll back. The address is a Chinese address. The cost of shipping is 86 dollars. Really not a point in returning. Who knows if that is a real address
