This is the worst, my little girls heart broken!! The absolute state of this scary looking piece of plastic that looks nothing like the doll we payed for and payed extra for eyes to open and close. It has no hair a stuffed body is supposed to be silicone, asda would of been a better option. Offering me 100percent refund no chance. This is being taken ALOT further. One big scam absolutely disgusting

I just received a different doll than what was ordered. The quality was subpar. I paid extra for opening and closing eyes, a heartbeat, and an accessory kit. None of that was sent. I reached out to customer service. I included a copy of my receipt and a picture of what I got. Customer service, after seeing the documents I sent, is now insisting that I got the correct item and is saying that the other items weren't purchased. Customer service suggested that I order again! The other items are literally listed verbatim on the receipt. Based on the other recent reviews, I am assuming this is a scam. I just placed a charge back on my credit card.

Lost all my money from this company sent fake doll. They told PayPal for me to send back which I did unfortunately I didn’t send with tracking as it was £40+ pounds so I am out of pocket for over a£120 and no doll for my daughters birthday. I have reported to national fraud

The doll is a regular doll not a reborn doll the website is a scam the doll simply ok the only thing that was good and exact was the accessories I wish it would allow photos to show you just terrible what they are doing.after requesting a paid return label and full refund they did not respond any further

This is a scam. Not real, do not buy. The chat link does not work, there is no phone number and the company does not respond to emails. I had to get my bank involved to get my money back. DO NOT LOSE YOUR MONEY on this website - it is fake
