RebornartdollReviews of rebornartdoll.com

I’d give zero stars if I could. Looks nothing like what we ordered and they won’t get back in touch in order to send back to them for a refund. I will be contacting trading standards and taking this further. Absolutely disgusting scammers. Paid almost £90 for a doll that looks like it cost £15 from a toy shop. I don’t understand why I cannot attach photos.

Horrible! The doll looks nothing like the one I ordered and when asked to refund, they only offer 10% compensation. Material is hard and looks worse than something I could have bought at a retail store. Heartbroken as this was suppose to be my daughter's Christmas present.

They sent me a completely different doll than I ordered and it was not even lifelike. Cheap plastic and also had an ugly rainbow outfit on, whereas I ordered a cute pink outfit!

So glad I read the reviews i would’ve wasted my money smh

This company is a scam! AVOID! My order had apparently been delivered which it in fact hadn’t! I contacted Yodel who then told me to contact the company for the company to tell me I need to contact Royal Mail to report as a lost item. Which Royal Mail said it has nothing to do with them. I then contacted yodel again and they said contact the company it’s down to them to contact yodel and dispute this not me! I have since informed them of this, they’ve broken the consumer’s rights and I’m now being ignored by them. Almost £200 spent for my autistic daughters birthday with now no present and I’m out of pocket! I can’t express enough avoid this company! I won’t be letting this go I know my rights and have got advice and will be escalating this!

Ordered a doll for my daughter weeks ago. Paid over £100 and received nothing. My order status has been delivered for a week now. Have contacted the company for assistance on multiple occasions and have got absolutely no response. Getting inundated with their spam mail though! Now I have found the reviews I am kicking myself for choosing this company. AVOID!!!

don't buy! horrible!!! Nothing to do with the photographs and impossible to return as they require shipping to China at our expense!!!!

Website and company is a scam. The doll received is nothing like the doll posted. After reviewing more sites, it looks like they posted photos of other people’s dolls and sending different cheap dollar store dolls !!!
