About Rebels Market

RebelsMarket has changedRebelsMarket previously operated as an online marketplace where independent sellers listed and fulfilled alternative-fashion products. That marketplace model has ended.Today, RebelsMarket is being rebuilt as a made-to-fit leather goods company. We work directly with selected workshops to produce footwear and jackets after each customer orders. We recognize that the transition was not handled as well as it should have been. Some reviews here relate to the former marketplace, while others reflect problems experienced during our transition. We are not asking customers to overlook those experiences. We are resolving outstanding concerns, strengthening our fit and quality-control processes, improving communication and inviting current customers to share honest feedback. We know that trust cannot be restored through an announcement. It must be earned through how we serve every customer moving forward.

Very Happy with First Order
This was my first order from Rebelsmarket. Overall, the selection is amazing, prices are great and the shopping experience easy. The one thing I would caution is to realize that the market is made up of lots of different sellers and each seller has their own shipping times and prices, so pay careful attention to that. I ordered 4 items from 3 sellers. One arrived in a week, one arrived in 3 weeks, and the last seller's items took a month and half to arrive. This is not a complaint, because each seller had their policies clearly stated, but if you aren't paying attention, this could catch you up.

This website is LEGIT
This website is LEGIT. I've shopped many different alternative style websites only to get halloween costume crap. The stuff on Rebels Market is the real deal. You pay for what you get and I don't mind paying for quality which is what you will get. I live that my band can finally get real stage attire.

Great Pant Purchase
Some items come quick, some slower. I'm not going to knock a star off as I am the one that makes some of those choices and when buying online I expect the time delay. I was really pleasantly surprised with the quality of a set of pants that I bought for my wife. She loves them and likes all the small details. I think it was a real great find. I think things are sourced from many smaller vendors possibly, so there are never any guarantees, though from what I've looked for and found, I've been happy. The comments or reviews on the site can be helpful when someone posts that sizes are asian sizing or that they come small so as to know to adjust accordingly has been beneficial. All in all, I am always happy to find a nice find on Rebelsmarket.

Most items I received are being sent back to the sellers. Not haqppy with Quality of items. Items appear to be knockoff from images shown. Only items that came looking like image was from within Canada, anything from china ids being sent back. Ive had the same issue with buying off amazon.

Katherine, I am so sorry you've had trouble with your order. I am happy to see what we can do to help make this right. I would like to take the time to explain RebelsMarket a little bit. RebelsMarket is an online marketplace where hundreds of different sellers from all over the world sell, ship, and maintain their own products. Each of these sellers will have their own shipping policies and return policies (which can be found in the shipping and return policy tab on the product page, or on the seller's page). We hold our sellers to a high standard, if you receive an item and aren't happy with it, or if it is damaged, defective, or wrong, we can work with the seller to initiate a return at no cost to you. Please reach out to us at [email protected] with your order number so we can get to the bottom of these returned shipments and the quality issues you're running into. We want to make sure you're happy! Sincerely, Belle
