Actually did not match website
Post Earrings and necklace were much much smaller than I had expected and the dangling earrings were so dark blue as to appear black which is not what I thought I saw on the website.

Ordered 18" Sterling Silver Joe Louis…
Ordered 18" Sterling Silver Joe Louis Arena Nicole necklace. The length was almost 15" when received. They emailed me a return address label right away and waiting for the correct size necklace. The color is not what I expected. Not a true red. Has a somewhat orangish look to it. I will still keep it. 😊Received in less than a week after I ordered.

Thought for the price the chain and…
Thought for the price the chain and pendant backing would be of better quality. Hoping this would be a piece that would last and not sure it will.

Pink
Order pink bracelets as gifts, too ugly to gift. Online shows a coordinating pink to the cord but received brown and pink. Yes it’s one of a kind but does not even coordinate well.

Comerica earings too small
Comerica earings too small. I also bought Redwing Joe Louis earings. I thought they would be the same size for the price.

Hi Bradley, Thank you for your feedback! I took a look at your previous orders, and it looks like you purchased two different styles of earrings, which accounts for the price difference. Our Brittany Earrings in the Joe Louis Collection are larger, but they are also made from brass, which lowers the price. The Benita Earrings in the Comerica Park Dugout Collection are smaller, but they are made of a 14/20 gold fill over sterling silver, which is much more expensive to make than the brass option. I love my necklace, but

Respect and disappointment
I really love this company and it’s mission. When I ordered my ring, I chose it because it was supposed to have orange in it; I even wrote in the special instructions section that I wanted as much orange as possible. I never received a reply to that, and when I got my ring- NO orange. I kept it because I really admire the company’s mission and the workforce training and jobs they provide, but being frank, I was disappointed.

Working with a unique material like graffiti results in some pretty one of a kind items, but it can be difficult to maintain color consistency throughout different pieces.
