Sent me wrong wig and no refund. Then blocked me on all ways to communicate with her. Let’s add her trying to flag every negative TRUE comment. To cover her business as a scam. All her wigs are Bobbi boss or other cheap synthetic wigs not human blend as she claims.

I ordered a few wigs and the quality seemed cheap for what I paid.They tangle like crazy after only 2 wears. I then found out she is ordering the wigs off divatress or ebonyline for around $30 & upcharging a crazy amount. She also claims she is custom making these wigs but every wig can he found on the websites listed above. Save your money!! FRAUD IS HAPPENING!!

Shout out to Rebel Gypsy! Highly recommend if your considering purchasing first wig or have many! RG "quality wigs" have given me so much that include a confidence that I had lost. They are comfortable and fun. Amanda and her team are so helpful and caring. I love the tips and tricks provided. I placed an order on 5/23 for Lovers & Liars and the $99 starter kit. Later that afternoon, I found out we would be closing on our house in 30 days, and I wasn’t sure I would still be at my address to get a package. Also, facing all of the due diligence and inspection costs of buying a home, I wanted to cancel. Via email, the refund policy was explained to me, but the owner assured me it would be no issue to change my address. She also offered me full app credit if I still wanted to cancel. I opted to receive the order, and it arrived by 6/8. Total experience time was just over two weeks from order to delivery. Ultimately, Rebel Gypsy products weren’t for me. The wigs I got were not flattering on me and I wasn’t able to wear them out. However, the owner has since recognized my concerns and we were able to reach a peaceful and even friendly resolution. I have updated this review to reflect that she is willing to work through issues when they come up. Customer service goes a long way with me! Y’all stay blessed and peaceful ❤️

A couple months ago, I left a five star review because at the time, that review was one hundred percent true. As time passed, and experiences changed, I need to update my review. The owner used my phone number to reach out to me after blocking me on social media with zero communication regarding reasons why. Refunded my last order with zero reasons. Other than, her texting me the assumption of me not liking her the next day. When you order, your shipping time is longer than listed with the same short staff excuse yet launches new products. Price gouging is through the roof.

I found Rebel Gypsy during a complete overhaul of my life, I mean complete. Finding myself going through a divorce, living in a new place, and rediscovering who I am in this world. Rebel Gypsy gave me the ability to face each day with confidence and determination. I feel good about one thing in my life all the time, and that’s my hair! I have placed several orders over the last few months. I received my packages in a timely manner and with extra goodies inside. I really appreciate the hand written thank you notes that are placed in each order. This is very meaningful. The wigs come as they are described on the website. They Fit Great! Feel Great! Look Great! The price point is reasonable. Costumer service is great! I love the interactions on Facebook. This makes for a much more engaging and intimate interaction.

I’m not sure where to start about Rebel Gypsy. I know personally I’ve had the best experience ever with the quality of the wigs, the best variety and colors. I tried to wear a wig a year ago I bought at a local wig store. I put it on immediately took it off and threw it in the trash. After many years of wearing hair extensions and then having to start all over with new hair grows and expensive extensions again I just couldn’t do it. But one night while in the hospital, In June. I got drawn into this live show with Rebel Gypsy by Amanda‘s, with Mama B, a story of a new life with my wigs began. I am so obsessed with my growing wig selections by Rebel Gypsy. Not only are you getting these amazing wigs that makes you feel so beautiful, the attitudes, the atmosphere, the sisterhood that you grow and the friends that you meet in your night/weekly live shows is one of the best experiences I have to say I am glad to be a part of it. The make-up is superb, the clothes are so adorable and hot, U LaLa!! I just love everything I get from them if you want an experience and you want to feel good this is the place for you the one stop shop!!
