Love her wigs just the shipping!! Just ridiculous!!! I get items from overseas faster than receiving from this company. I know she would fair better all around if she prioritized her shipping. Which keeps a customer returning! Prices are way marked up. Need to irder on a sale. Another customer displeaser . I shop mostly Nel’s wigs. Doesnt get better than her…

UPDATE: After several requests, I FINALLY received a refund today, Nov. 24th. I updated stars to 3 due to receiving the refund, even though it took SEVERAL REQUESTS to receive it. I ordered 4 wigs on Sept. 3rd, 2023. To date, on Nov. 21st, I still have NOT received the wigs. I have requested a FULL REFUND in multiple emails. In the responses I have received, NOT ONCE have they acknowledged my refund request. Every response has only said they will check with shipping dept. I no longer want the wigs! I want my money back! It is close to Christmas and I could use the money towards gifts for my 3 sons!
