Company has blatantly discriminatory policies!
What's this I'm reading about you offering your Cashback Protection to only US residents? There's a whole world of customers out here against whom you are discriminating because, ok, let me get this straight, they're not Americans?!?! Are you people for real? SHAME ON YOU! Boycott Rebatesme!!!

Hello Marcia, Yes, currently our Cash Back Protection program is only available to members residing within the US. However, this is just a pilot program, that if successful, we may extend to other parts of the world.

Bad customer service
My cash back bonus were cancelled several times without any reason. Each time when I communicated with customer service team, their attitude are very terrible. They won’t listen to customer’s opinion, just repeat same words like a machine. You don’t want to use a cash back website where they can cancel your bonus anytime. Ebates is much better than rebatesme!!!

Hi Lydia, apologies that I cannot look into your account directly here without your email associated with your RebatesMe account. I'm assuming that the bonus you may be talking about is the sign-up bonus. Those are available for new RebatesMe members, however, members must earn $10 in Qualified Cash Back within 365 days of signing up. If this is about another bonus please reach out to [email protected] with "ATTN TrustPilot" in the subject and I will look into the issue personally.

I'm really disappointed in RebatesMe:(....
I'm really disappointed in RebatesMe:(..... I've never get cash back from RebatesMe. Only I received from this cashback site was "Payout request failed" messages, and then my $156 is disappeared. Of course, it has NOT been paid to me yet!! Where's my $156 gone??? RebatesMe sent this message to me "When we pay through paypal, paypal reminds you that your account cannot receive payment.", but I usually receive payments from other cashback sites via PayPal. Why only Rebatesme cannot do that?? It doesn't make any sense!

For first payments to Paypal members must log in to their paypal account and accept the payment. From our FAQ "If this is the first time receiving money in your PayPal account, you will need to confirm the payment in your account within 30 days or it will be returned." If you did not confirm the payment, it was returned to us, and we can try again. You'll want to reach out to our Customer Service team.

More than 4 payment methods to claim my…
More than 4 payment methods to claim my winnings and according to they are not valid, when in my credit card they verified it with 0.01 and even so they say that it is not valid.

Not really sure if this works or not. I have a recent trips thing in my account for a purchase I made at home depot but idk if the cash back thing is working or not?
