They are a scam. They constantly lie!!!!
Spent $3k on a website and used them for what they indicated to be 3% cash back. Got ZERO PENNY. ZERO. Called and emailed - no resolution. Update: Their reply below said the order was cancelled but MY ORDER WAS NOT CANCELLED. I RECEIVED MY ITEMS FROM THAT ORDER IN FULL and I DID NOT RETURN ANYTHING. The excuse they previously gave me through email said that bc Neiman Marcus was bankrupted they can't give me the cash back, which now compared with their below reply seems like a joke. I URGE YOU to stop using this fraudulent website.

Our apologies, we do not offer phone support, that would be why no one answered the phone, also while investigating, I only found 1 email to our customer support staff from the email address on your account. All of your orders have been reported as canceled or returned by their respective merchants. Also, the $2.4k purchase (which was the highest shopping trip you had) would not earn cash back, as you used 2 coupon codes that we did not offer at the time of your purchase. The use of promo/discount/coupon codes that we do not have available on our site, may cancel your cash back.

Cashout request takes 10+ days
Most of my previous cashout requests were fulfilled quickly within the two-day estimation Rebatesme mentioned on their website. Unfortunately, my most recent cashout request was a bit disappointing. The request was submitted on 02/05 and it has been more than 10 days now, I am still seeing the status of the request being "Processing". I tried to email their customer service twice but did not get any response at all.

They are liar
They are liar. They are not giving my cashback even though I did everything correctly. Do not use them. When I use the other webpages, I got it immediately.

NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE
My $150+ cashback from a purchase on 11/3/2020 was tracked and then in pending status for 90 days. It was about to be paid out on 2/2/2021. Then they sent me an email in the late afternoon of 2/1/2021, saying the cashback is ``Delayed'' and they had to put a hold on it until further notice... Now, my account shows a balance of ZERO. Looks really shady! Update 1: 2/3/2021 Cashback was credited back to account after posting the above comment; was able to submit a cash out request the same day; now waiting for them to send PayPal payment. Update 2: 2/7/2021 It has been 5 days since the cash-out request, the cashback is still not credited to PayPal! They said the request would be processed within 24~48 hours. It has been much longer than that now, but still nothing! What a shady business practice! Update 3: 2/8/2021 Received payment in PayPal after posting the last update. Overall, not a good experience.

Hello, Yes your cash back was delayed as Visible had not cleared the payment. However, it cleared last night and I see that you applied for Cash Out on your order. ---- Our records show that your Cash Out was paid.

cash back issue and long wait
I bought a phone through Visible using RebatesMe's cash back offer in Nov and submitted missing cash back inquiry, haven't heard back yet. At least somebody can tell me if I can get cashback or not. no any information showing in my account even pending or processing. I don't want to wait forever!!!

Thanks for giving us the requested information. I was able to locate your Missing Cash Back Inquiry and we're still waiting on Visible to respond to the inquiry. This can take up to 90 days. We wont know if you've earned cash back on the order until they finish their investigation.
