With travel, that means the original booking made through RebatesMe must be processed and completed as planned. If a booking is left unprocessed—such as when payment is not completed online—and a new booking is created on-site, there is no click history linking that new transaction to RebatesMe. Without that tracking connection, our hotel partners cannot confirm or approve cashback. We understand how frustrating this can be, and we strive to make the process as clear as possible so users can earn the rewards they expect. Thank you for your feedback! All cash back remains pending for 90 days to allow time for the merchant's return/exchange period to expire. Once the 90 days have passed, your cash back automatically becomes available. Regarding your Walmart order, can you please email [email protected] with a copy of your order receipt so that we can check it for you?
