I also jumped through some ridiculous hoops trying to cash out. 9/18 - Initiated cash out request. Received "We got your Rebatesme Cash Out request". 9/28 - Nothing after 10 days so created a ticket request to service@rebateeme. 9/28 - Company replied with "Since this is the first time you requested a cash out and to ensure your account is safe, please provide the below order receipt screenshot." - YOU GOT TO ME KIDDING ME. They wanted order receipts for 3 different orders from the past year. Who does this? 9/29 - I want my money so I played ball and send 3 order receipts. 9/29 - Company replied "Is there any information about the receipt of the order on the merchant page", "We want to make sure that the orders are all signed, so you need to provide a screenshot of the logistics" - GTFO, NOW YOU WANT TRACKING INFO? Wouldn't the venders could have confirmed everything with RebatesMe. I complained but I still played ball and eventually got my payment a few days later. It looks like this company is using delay tactics so that people would give up and not collect their money. I bet that they would never had notified me that they wanted additional information after my initial cash out request, if I didn't push the issue. Forget these guys, there are better cash back sites out there.

After the timeframe RebatesMe gives for payout via paypal, contact via email, get a response that now I have to provide 3 screenshots of 3 random orders to get the $xx.xx I had earned for "security" This is after this payout has been stuck in the second stage of pending for days... and with no response or update from this company. Just an excuse not to pay. Every single order requested, going back to November 2021 has a "shopping trip id from RebatesMe 10/5/22. What "suspicious activity" Requesting a first-time payout is suspicious? Earning small amounts of cashback regularly over nearly a year using your site many many times is suspicious? Continuing to ignore, and not paying this cashout request after submitting what you required for "safety"? This is suspicious? Rebatesme not replying to follow-up emails for now 6 days and counting after submitting the online receipts you've requested...is that suspicious too? 10/25/22 second update, did eventually the $, also get a trustpilot email my review has been flagged and I have to edit my review just to remove a rebatesme csr first name 6-weeks after posting my experience, and their response. This due to "keeping private information private" and not include anything that could be used to "track, identify, contact or impersonate someone." or my review would be "moved offline". I can tell you the first name mentioned was not common, and multiple 5-star reviews coincidentally have reviewers with variations of that same uncommon first name....

Excellent job helping me get an outstanding cashback and referral bonus. With many similar websites this can be slow and frustrating. RebatesMe gave me a very quick response. Highly recommended!
