They are liars, arbitrarily change the rules, deceive us to register their website account! When I signed up for my account, they told me that I could get a sign-up bonus if I earned more than $10 in cash, but after I bought something in March, they cancelled my sign-up bonus! The customer service told me that the rules had changed, but I bought it before the rules changed! You will never get the promised cash return or reward from their website!

I had not kept up with my cashback balance, and was pleasantly surprised to see a balance of $178 payable when I logged in. In order to cash it out, it required a verification code that was sent to my email address, but I was not receiving the email. After several back and forths with their support, someone realized my account's email address had a typo (which was my mistake from typing too fast when I created the account). Since most of the email address was ******'d out, I was not able to tell this. After sending them an order receipt to confirm my identity, they took care of the email address typo and I was able to withdraw my funds. Was a very good experience and they were all pleasant to deal with.

I placed a lots order via RebatesMe.com. I saw the records in my account but then they it said I couldn’t rebate and they disappeared finally. I got 1 claim and it was rejected because the store didn’t respond. I don’t want to claim anymore because it took a lots of time of mine and I don’t think the CS will do anything.

I made 2 maje orders. One is $290 and the other is $261.45. Why does your website show they are $166 and $107.9? They are totally inconsistent with what I actually purchased. If you like to play the trick and make up the numbers on your customers, I won't use you anymore.

I have been using your home rebate for three years and have always felt that it is very good. The main reason is that the rebate is high, customer service is also very good, and things are handled in a timely manner. I really like it, and the activity is also strong

Scam website. Three orders and not a single dime in cashback. They don't honor requests for missing cashback on any of the merchants even though other websites do (so it's clearly not the fault of the merchants). Moreover, I have not had any issue getting cashback for these merchants. RebatesMe just collects the commissions we earn them and never gives us our cut.
