RebatekeyReviews of rebatekey.com

Great site! Yes... You need to wait the full 30 days to get your rebate, but they are sure to get it to you by then. The deals in and before 2021 were OUSTANDING, could get highly discounted products nearly daily without much effort. Now the products and discounts aren't quite as good, but that's likely not their fault at all, but moreso Aamzon. If you have any problems, customer service is friendly and responsive. Quick to deliver expected results. Still love the site, and have been using them for years. Hoping more products come through with the bigger discounts, but happy to support them either way!

Immeciately after purchasing I sent them an email with screenshots of my purchases with order #'s as they asked for and they say they can't verify the order through their system which is the reason I emailed them in the 1st place. Their system wouldn't allow me to enter my order #s. However screenshots showing items that are in their system were purchased by me and delivered aren't acceptable verification?

We are a merchant on RebateKey, RebateKey got banned by Amazon so we have to withdraw the funds we have already sent. The process was a pain in the ass, and they did not mention any fees anywhere on their website, but charged us 3% instead.

They have a very bad policy, you can't use coupons or any discount the seller list on amazon, plus they let the seller contact me and ask for a review, they refuse to pay me because I used a coupon on amazon, I had to file a complaint with BBB.org, then Rebate Key closed my account, plus because I didn't use coupons and give some reviews amazon closed my account, had a very hard time to get my amazon account back.

Been using RebateKey for over 2 years now and LOVE IT! I get paid regularly and have never missed a rebate check. I have already been paid over $20,000 back in rebates!

I have been using RebateKey for over 2 years with no issues. Always had a great experience and checks typically arrived exactly 7 days after being sent. They had an issue with checks being delayed by 2 weeks, but they fixed it within 3 weeks (all delayed checks and current check arrived in week 3). Unfortunately, I overreacted and returned some products, this restricting my account. I just wish RK improved communication so we could have avoided this misunderstanding or provided better tracking of sent checks.

Totally legit and awesome site!

Rebate Key is an amazing place to connect sellers and buyers at a rebate or discount! It is rare to find a company that truly cares about their consumers but their customer service is top notch. Easy to use website, unique products, and responsive customer service make Rebate Key one of my favorite places to shop.
