Where is the money you promised after telling everyone you were closing shop?

Horrible business practices. RebateKey issued me a rebate check (Ref: C00396301) for $2,102.17 which has since stale-dated. Their customer support email is completely unresponsive to multiple manual reissue requests. They are unlawfully retaining over $2,100 of my funds without providing any resolution. I require an immediate reissue of these funds to my account balance or digital wallet.

They do not send payments. It's a scam.

If you are an Amazon seller, do NOT use RebateKey. Amazon does not allow this model and using it can put your account at risk of suspension. The system can be abused by buyers ( which happend to me) who get the rebate payout and then refund the product, leaving the seller at a loss. It’s simply not worth the risk.

Rebate Key is stealing my Money as a seller. I can't withdraw the balance on the account, and I've contacted the support like many times and it's always no action, just stalling Cause they simply bore you to death so you forget it.

As with a lot of people, RebateKey was stalling with payments that should have been made on time. Had to write several times to get even the last payment they'd sent. Wrote a review about it. RebateKey then suspended my account and now refuses to send the rest of the payouts, about $500. REMEMBER: IF you have a complaint about RebateKey, get all your payouts FIRST. They'll cheat you, otherwise. Now, I have to go to each individual seller to get my money back and make complaints to Amazon and Etsy about this fraudulent, shady group.

Update: I still have not received a response from customer service & have not received my rebate. I purchased an item from Etsy & submitted the documents needed to rebatekey to get the rebate. I am new to the site & am having troubles with the authorization code they sent in the mail working, as well as the email code not being sent to my email. I’ve reached out to their customer service 4 times now, with no response. They do not have a phone number, so you contact via their website only.
