I purchased 5 pieces of garments and only received 4. So far I'm happy with the quality and size, but there's still one piece of garment that hasn't arrived. I'll wait and see if I want to change the rating.

My husband ordered pajamas for me for our anniversary in August. It is now December and the order still isn't complete. Part of the issue was our doing--he ordered the wrong items. They didn't arrive on time and we had to contact them a couple of times before receiving them. I returned them promptly, following their instructions, and paid extra to get the items I wanted. Again, several e-mails later, I received a partial order. It took quite a while to receive the entire order. To their credit they threw in a pillowcase (only one side is silk) for our troubles. The final pair of pajamas to arrive was too small. I went through the return process again. In the meantime, the bottoms on the first pair had already started to rip...even at 22 momme weight. So, I changed the order to a nightgown. More waiting... I still have not received the final item. It seems nothing gets done unless you hound them. It's been very frustrating! I do like my night shirt and remaining pajama top and I imagine I will love the nightgown when it finally arrives, but the price (>$500 for the 3 items!!!) is quite steep and service is quite poor!
