I know people are writing negative reviews on here about RealSilk, but honestly I don’t think it’s deserved. I am very pleased with the service (which did take a few days longer than expected (It really takes only a few days after it gets to the mainland,) and the 100% genuine silk items that I just received are absolutely gorgeous and the real deal. Sure, they fail to explain to you on their homepage that it will take a little bit to get your tracking number, but I reached out to them on day seven and they quickly assured me that my shipment was on the way, and within 24 hours I started receiving daily tracking updates. I just love the items. They came nicely packaged in a zipper bag inside of an attractive iridescent silver mailer. Will order from them again; they offer the best deal for the items I needed.

I just purchased two silk lady tops from Real Silk Life and they are unbelievably comfortable to put on. Initially I had my doubts also and literally thought this might have been a scam. I emailed them with my concerns and they addressed them pretty promptly and to my satisfaction. I will shop again for sure.

Bought the Classic 100% silk Panties and silk bra. Great material, feels super soft and skin friendly. Definitely will buy again.

I love the quality of my new luxurious silk robe in 100% high-quality mulberry silk.. I cannot believe the softness of this robe! I feel like a queen and have been wearing it every day. You will NOT be disappointed in the quality of the silk and the prices were not outrageous either!

They have been responsive and helpful. They made effort to solve the issues. They have been very patient with my questions.

I purchased a gift for my wife but changed my mind after I made my payment. I emailed customer service and requested a refund. They offered to throw in a pillowcase if I changed my mind, I declined and my payment was promptly refunded via PayPal. It only took a day or so. I’m not sure what is happening with some of these other reviewers. I can’t speak to the quality of the product but customer service is gtg.
