Your products all seem to be too small
Your products all seem to be too small. I ordered a larger size and there was no elasctic around the right leg. Guess I can't win with your products.

The silk pants are beautiful but were delivered to the incorrect address. Fortunately, I live in a community where neighbors help neighbors so they made it to my door after I posted on facebook.

Wrong buttons !! order number..RSL00057679
I received the navy blouse that I ordered in good time, and I am happy with the fit and quality . The problem is that the blouse pictured on the website has white buttons which create a pleasing design feature but the one sent has navy buttons and so is less attractive. All of the blouses on the web site feature white buttons, I wonder if they all have buttons the same colour as the blouse. ..if so many customers will be disappointed. I would return but need the garment to complete the outfit I plan to wear at the weekend. Another problem I have had is that I was unable to contact customer service, either on their review page (I suspect it was because I was not awarding five stars and all their reviews appear to be five stars) nor was the email address recognised . I am not on face book or any other social media platform so was unable to make contact. There is no phone number listed!

Exchanging should be easier
Trying to get a response for an exchange has been difficult and to date not successful. Order RSL00055583 However, the quality of the sweater that was sent is outstanding, and the item was shipped and received within days. Unfortunately, too large, and the sizing that the company shows is way off. Will be buying more sweaters once I get the correct size. The company has quality items.

I ordered the tank tops size xxl and they fit like an American M. They are also too short regardless of the size. This was not a good buy

Sizes run to small
Sizes run to small - an XXL labeled piece (on the bag only, not on the garment) is at most an XL.
