Absolute scam company . I ordered Christmas presents guaranteed delivery in 5 to 7 days . They never made it . They are quick to charge your credit card but never deliver . I have texted with customer service which is very broken English . This is obviously an all China company . SCAM

Absolute Scum. There is no customer service. They are customer sadists. The following pretty much sums it up. This is an email I sent to them three months ago: “Your website says that items are returnable for a refund. So far, that's a lie. How disrespectful can you possibly be? I've never seen such an ugly, insensitive, callus, arrogant display of bad business practice. How dare you ask for my Wife's personal information? Her weight and size? She doesn't LIKE the FIT. You explain why you need to know more. You will provide a %15 discount if she does as you instruct and give the dress away? She didn't buy the dress as a gift. Telling her what to do with it is again insulting. No. Not acceptable. You want photos of "The product status"? As you are completely distrustful of customers, why are you in business? She tried on the dress. She didn't like it. She put it back in the box. That's all you need to know or react to. She didn't wear it while changing a car tire, roofing a house, cooking, or pouring concrete. Who do you think my wife is? Insulting!” 9/15 - Incompetent fools. This issue was resolved over a year ago. Can't find my order? Nope, you can't. And there will never be another one.

The silk camisoles I ordered appear to be good quality. I haven't had the opportunity to test if they are real silk.The sizing is totally wrong. I wear a size 8 and ordered an XL. I cannot get the product over my head. They are sized for the tiny Asian ladies who are the size of an extra large drinking straw and not an American person. The return process is not possible because the address for customer service is not accessible. Hopefully, I will be able to alter the camisoles and salvage the investment I have made.

I feel I’e been scammed by this company. Bought a silk sheet set. Felt smooth and silky till washed per their instructions. Now feel like poor quality polyester! We cannot use them. I said I’d keep a pajama set I ordered at the same time, but I may regret it. Refused a refund, but I’m filing a claim. Don’t waste your money—find another company

Definitely knock-offs items. I wish I had looked a little closer at the reviews and recognized the broken english, but I didn't, and that's on me. I hope future potential purchasers will read these reviews before they waste their money. And they don't accept returns, regardless of what their website says.

The site states that it takes 7-9 days for delivery....that is one HUGE lie. I needed the items ordered by a certain date and the person I contacted kept asking me to be patient, with one excuse after another. It took a month to get here and then there was no response to my questions about why it took so long. The items ordered feel like good quality, but run small. In order to return the item, you have to wait for them to send a label, pay for the return, send them the tracking number and if and when they get it back, then you get a refund. My guess is that you would send it back and never hear from them again and no refund. Will never order from them again. Guess there is a reason that do not have an area on their website for reviews. Run - look elsewhere for your needs.

My order took a long time, about 5 weeks. The black silk top I ordered was lovely when it arrived, and I thought perhaps it was worth the wait. I wore it for an event, then put it in the wash. EEK! The extra large top came out in a child’s size. I looked to see if I had missed any special care instructions, but there were none. I do all laundry in warm/cold water, perm press cycle. I have owned many silk items over the years, and they have not ever required special attention. This was expensive for one single wearing!

Big mistake on my part. Should have checked on trustpilot first when I noticed no product reviews. Took over a month to arrive and then clearly not same cami set I ordered. I don’t expect to get my money back
