Well, the first thing I can say is their 5-7 day shipping is NOT TRUE. I'm going on week three waiting for my order. Customer service is no help, they haven't replied to my inquiry. They sent me an e-mail saying the item shipped, and provided a tracking number (but not who the carrier is), however, when you try and track it, it says "pending". I went to file a claim, and their claims website says there is no record of the order or tracking number. I will be contacting my credit card Company to get a refund. My biggest regret is not ordering from real silk life - no, my biggest regret is giving them one star instead of zero. These people are THIEVES!!! The garments were way too small. I was told to return them for a refund. They said they never got them (the USPS website confirmed that the products WERE returned. In summary, they stole my money.

I wish I had found these reviews prior to ordering from Real Silk Life. The customer service is very poor. I ordered two sets of silk panties, with three pairs per set. The first pair started to shred and separate from the waistband while trying to put it on. Per their website, they requested I send pictures and ask why I am asking for a refund. In response to my email, they claimed that they were not their product because they said the picture I provided was blue and not black. After many back-and-forth emails explaining that they were their garments and also providing a picture with their name on the packaging. They continued to argue that they were blue when they were black. It is very apparent they do not stand behind their products. I would strongly advise you not to order from this company.

Wunderbar, exakt vier Monate, nachdem ich eine Seidenbluse gekauft und bezahlt hatte - ohne vorher die Bewertungen anzugucken - mein Fehler! bekam ich von Visacard das Geld zurück. Das war recht aufwendig, aber erfolgreich! Realsilk schickte nicht im versprochenen Zeitrahmen, ignorierte Kaufwiderruf, schickte nach ca. vier Wochen ohne Absenderadresse Bluse ohne Kennzeichnung in falscher Größe und nicht aus Seide und verweigerte Retourenschein. Leider wird dieser ehrenwerten Firma nicht das Handwerk gelegt. Sehr viel späterer Nachschlag (7.12.2024): selbstverständlich kam keine Email von Realsilk: -)

Bought a camisole set and wore it one time. The silk shredded. The quality is thin and cheap. Asked for a refund and they claimed I was too big for the item and that's why it shredded. Hello, I'm a tiny size 4 and the silk is thin and cheap. Don't spend your hard earned money on their products.

This product a 69$ turtleneck supposedly a xxl woman’s sized is a TOTAL ripoff. This shirt would not even fit a 0 size woman. It was also described as a mock turtleneck and is a full turtleneck. It cannot be returned as it was laundered. This company makes it Almost Impossible to contact them.

Kann man vergessen, die Ware ist absolut unbrauchbar, der Schnitt viel zu klein. Rückabwicklung nicht möglich da CHINA.
