Dear Thomas, I am not sure how is your review related to Realmart.com. We are a flat fee listing service. Did you list your home with Realmart.com? If not, your review might be not related to Realmart.

Realmart.com is a flat fee MLS portal. Our main goal is to make it easy for property owners to leverage our real estate broker license to list their property as a Listing agent. We are not your local expert in Buffalo. Our responsibility is to ensure that we list your property in your local MLS accurately, and update the status of the listing in a timely fashion. We are bound by the same MLS rules about all of the required documents. We could be fined by the MLS if we are not making status changes quickly or not sending them required documents. I did spoke to my NY representative about your case, there seems to be some miscommunications with you. We have put in place new procedures to prevent "harsh" tones in our emails in demanding required documents. I am still happy that your home is SOLD though our portal. It is proven that the flat fee MLS process works just as good especially for smart and well educated property owners.

Dear John, very sorry that we made a mistake on your email. We recently signed on Trustpilot.com and send request to our previous home owners who sold their property through us. Not sure why your email is registered as one of our sellers. We are an A+ rated company by BBB for the last 10 years and care very much about our reputation. Over 90% of our customers gave us 5 star reviews. Please help us by either remove your review or at least make it a neutral rating.
