They were great!
They were great! Always available, got my listing on MLS quickly, responded very quickly every time, and made selling my house go smoothly. I saved about $7K selling my house through them.

I had an excellent experience with Realmart. If you want to sell your home on your own and without a realtor, Realmart is the answer. You have several different options to choose from depending on your comfort level. I saved at least 2.5% on real estate commission. Also, the office staff is great!

No realtor fees
It was great not having to pay a realtor but you get little to no support with Realmart so make sure you have a good attorney.

All positive! Timely responses to any inquiries; helped with suggestions on posting pictures in addition to language needed for MLS forms; reminders when I needed to extend listing were also helpful. Kudos to Realmart and a particular thanks to Karen B - you were great!
