I made the switch to Really and I haven’t went back to the other guys since. I thought it was going to be something like cricket when they first started but I’m a professional driver and I must say Really actually worked in areas that my Verizon service didn’t. Only thing I would like is if they gave more than 50 gigs of truly unlimited high speed internet but I’m not complaining because I love my bill, I’m glad I made the switch to Really…

Do you have decent signal and want way worse for double the price? Call REALLY and they will get you hooked up with the number 1 worst signal in the country! How do I know you, may ask? Well I gave Really a try this month and goodness gracious thank the Lord I didn't turn off AT&T or else I would be stranded almost everywhere. Absolute piss poor service in MS, and I travel a lot regularly, and it seems MS isn't the only place that REALLY doesn't get signal. Very lucky to get 2 bars when I drive places. Even in heavily populated areas, I still get a bad signal. I have been constantly on SOS mode with REALLY so shoutout AT&T for having my back while their wanna be that thinks they're the 💩 REALLY isn't even a fart. (Pun intended)

Great experience and service. The customer service rep was super nice and I have the best cellular connection

Really Wireless feels like the future of phone service. I switched over from one of the big three carriers, and the difference was immediate — no bloated apps, no hidden fees, and no invasive tracking. Instead, I got a streamlined experience that puts privacy first. Activating my eSIM took just minutes, and I was impressed by how easy it was to get started. What really sets Really Wireless apart is the suite of privacy tools included — from a built-in VPN to encrypted calling — things the big carriers don’t even talk about. It’s clear this company is built for people who care about their digital freedom. If you’re looking for something modern, transparent, and ethical, this is the wireless service we’ve all been waiting for.

I decided to try REALLY after seeing a few ads. The customer service experience was great, they were very helpful. I am running dual Sim on a Samsung Galaxy, the other Sim is a Verizon tower based account. There is one particular area of our town that has zero signal on the Verizon network so I decided to take a walk around with REALLY activated. As soon as I switched Sims, I immediately had 3 bars and 5g service. I tried everything - text, call, data, it was all fantastic and consistent. My internet provider had a booth at a small festival in that same area, I asked him to access my account and he said he would get back to me when he could get a hotspot signal. I offered him my hotspot with REALLY and he was amazed. Just to check, I switched back to my other Sim afterwards and had zero signal. I absolutely love REALLY, I will be a customer for life.

Needs better service coverage. And Data coverage can't even hotspot my TV like I have with my previous phone service. Data is to slow. Just not happy with there phone service. Plus it says T-Mobile when you go into settings click on sims and all. So T-Mobile with is the actual service.

The support is fast and helpful. They take the time to listen and check on you if they haven't heard from you in a month

my reception is as good as I got with t-mobile service at half the monthly cost.I would recommend Really wireless to friends and family, customer service is better than the bigger services that I have used in the past, will continue to use the service in the future...
