If I was able to give 10 stars....that isn't enough. I ported from Verizon. Verizon gave me my port PIN, and off I went to port over to Really. Thirty hrs into this I caved and messaged Really for help. Immediately, and I mean "bam" immediately, messaged me saying Verizon has a port lock on my line and I need to contact Verizon. Well, I spoke with three Verizon reps, two retention agents and several bots, in addition received 5 text messages - all automated, nothing about unlocking a port lock. After getting the timely replyfrom Really, I started another text/phone call/my Verizon app adventure with Verizon. 3.5 hours later no one knew anything. I was in Verizon's "chat" - Verizon sent me from technical help to sales in the same chat feed. Some dude sends me a message "...what can I help you purchase..." I about lost my ability to be civil! I despise the 'my Verizon' app....however I decided to figure this out. I did. Went back to my Really chat feed and in minutes -- MINUTES I have it all ported! My cell data (no Wi-Fi) is faster than I have had in YEARS. I will update this review in a couple months. I am in the Plankington, SD area right now. I will be in rural Wynot, NE area tomorrow. I live in rural Iowa. I will update.

The process was seamless. System is well automated and walks you through the entire process. eSIM setup was painless unlike many other big cellular companies. Speeds so far have been faster than T-mobile in VA and MD. They are off to a great start. I look forward to being a long term customer.

I recently got fed up with google fi they were solid in most ways and they use a similar virtual network supplier to really… but for some reason my speeds on the same phone with what’s supposed to be the same underlying network have been much faster and more stable with REALLY. In addition they truly seem to be the most privacy and security conscious of all phone service providers out there. Setup took just a couple minutes and was the easiest and most streamlined I’ve ever experienced.

I just switched from ATT to Really and the coverage is fantastic. Customer service helped me set up the hotspot service in my phone and is working amazingly. Highly recommended this company.
