Excellent customer service. I inadvertently had my autofill put in an old address and replied to the order confirmation (usually an AI/bot) and had a human communication directly and the problem fixed within 5 minutes. All successful businesses start with great customer support.

I absolutely love these hoodies! The material is soft, comfortable, and feels great quality. They fit perfectly, look exactly like the pictures, and are easy to style with different outfits. I’ve already gotten compliments while wearing them. Definitely recommend!

Awful company. Delivery took forever and they sneakily add a subscription to your purchase and keep charging you. Absolute waste of time and general scummy behaviour.

What made my experience great is the customer service. I never reached out to see why my package was delayed. But Josh did, to let me know that there is a delay and it will take a little while longer to get items shipped. I feel that gesture goes a long way to keep customers coming back. Though I haven’t received the product to give my honest opinion about it. I can stand behind a business that communicates with their customers. And for that, you’ve gain a customer who’s going to look into purchasing more product.
