Even though the system was not super user-friendly, Michael made himself available each time I had an issue and walked me through it. Overall very good experience, down to the signing of documents at my home.

I've been through many mortgage refinances from several mortgage providers, and I can't say I've ever had a great experience - until my refi with ConsumerDirect. Frankly, I hadn't heard of ConsumerDirect, but I found them as part of the Costco Mortgage program. From the first call to closing, this has been the easiest, fastest mortgage I've ever done. No surprises, no problems, no unscrupulous sales tactics. I would highly recommend.
