Mr.Gigi is awesome guy, he helped me twice in the mortgage needs. I highly recommend Gigi and First Bank !!

Well it’s been a year since I refinance, from I recall everything went smoothly. Was kept in the loop on the process and to expect next. Very happy with your service.

Phil is the BEST. Have done 4 transactions with him now.

Very good experience! Consumer Direct made the process easy for us.

Used Consumer Direct twice in one year. The process was all on line or via phone until signing with Notary who came to the home. The rates and closing cost were competitive and lower than most. I’ve been so pleased that family has also used Consumer Direct and they too were very pleased. Definitely will return for a third time when the time comes.

Great job!!!!

Had a great experience! The loan officer kept us informed and was prompt in answering any questions; a complete opposite of the credit union that we had considered. Would highly recommend using them.

GREAT EXPERIENCE START TO FINISH!!
