Phillip Houston did a great job keeping us on top of the process. I believe the contract through Costco was the best by several thousand dollars. We would definitely recommend him and Consumerdirect.com

My mortgage experience with CDM
The experience from talking to a loan officer to the closing was guided by very experienced staff. Nothing was left to chance and directed information and responses were expected through out the process. Above all CDM has very competitive rates that you will find anywhere. I am glad that a correspondence from Zillow lead me to CDM. I would highly recommend CDM for your mortgage needs. Thank you CDM.
