A team of competent and respectful officers walked us through the multistep process in the most efficient way possible. They answered every questions promptly made certain we would have a smooth and uneventful refinance experience. Everything happened on schedule. There were no surprises whatsoever. And most importantly, the interest rate we received was absolutely the lowest available from any of their competitors.

We attempted to refinance through a different bank before finding consumer direct mortgage through Costco. The experience was horrible. We felt as if they we had no intention of approving our loan from the beginning. Our experience with Consumer Direct was the direct opposite. It was easy, efficient, straight-forward, and seamless. We did not have to give endless amounts of paperwork and documentation only to wait for weeks for a response. Everyone was readily available. The agents, loan processors, appraisal company, underwriters, and closing personnel were all very welcoming, helpful, and friendly and were always available to answer any questions or to update us on the progress of our application. We closed sooner than we anticipated and are happy that we choose this company.
